A new film series – Stories From The Stores – goes behind the scenes with our curators to uncover fascinating stories from across the Science Museum Group collection.

On Monday 21 August 2017, a solar eclipse was visible across most of the United States for the first time in a century. To celebrate, curator Ali Boyle shared a short history of eclipses and a few favourite objects from our collection.

On 15 June 2017 we’re inviting BBC Two’s cameras inside the Science Museum Group’s vast stores to celebrate our amazing objects and incredible stories of invention in a 90-minute live broadcast.
